Four iconic campaigns, reimagined for the digital age with the legends that created them.

Shot over two weeks in New York, we worked with five of the original “Madmen” (Paula Green was the inspiration for Peggy) to reimagine their iconic commercials for a new era and prove that even the biggest ideas can fit inside the smallest banners. The whole thing was developed into a documentary by Emmy-award winning filmmaker Doug Pray and even spawned a new division at Google called “Art, Copy & Code”.

And here’s the film, broken into four parts:

Harvey Gabor—“Hilltop”, Amil Gargano—“Drive it like you hate it”, Bob and Howie—“Ralph” and Paula Green—“We try harder.”

These are the walkthroughs of the reimagined ads (at the time, they were pretty cool).
